Progress Update

• Lake Pegasus is complete along with 11 sandy and pebbled beaches, suspension bridge to central island, footbridge, waterfall and “sunken ship”. Hundreds of Canterbury people have been using the beaches this summer, and sailing and dragon boat racing have also taken place on the lake.
• The Golf & Sports Club is open with 18 hole championship golf course, driving range with automated tee-up facilities, tennis courts, gym, pro shop and the bunker Café & Bar which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyone is welcome.
• The Convenience Centre is open with Flat White Café & Bar and the General Store which sells thousands of items for residents and visitors alike.
• The wetlands recreation areas are complete with boardwalks for walking on and large flocks of birds now making this area their home.
• The Courtyard Range of architect designed homes are under construction with several homes now complete.
• The show home village is open for viewing daily and includes a number of stunning contemporary full furnished homes from Stonewood Homes, Golden Homes, Mike Greer Homes, Dave Magill Homes and Artisan Homes.
