Pegasus Construction progress

Its all go at Pegasus with development racing ahead, houses going up fast and the first residents expected to move into their new home in August. 778 sections are now sold which equates to about 95% of all sections that have been put on the market so far. The first nine holes of the Mapleham Golf Course have been completed and good grass growth means its really beginning to look like a golf course. The Mapleham lots are all fenced with trees planted and the small lakes along the fairways are full of water and it’s all looking extremely attractive. The remaining 9 holes will be grassed in the spring. Titles have now been issued for 274 lots at Pegasus plus an additional 51 lots along the Mapleham Golf Course.

Six carved pou (wooden carvings) have been installed at the main entrance to the town and these look absolutely stunning from the main road especially at night when they are lit by spotlights from below. These magnificent artworks are an arresting sight and are guaranteed to be a draw card for tourists to stop and explore Pegasus in the future.
