Margo joined Bayleys in 2008 as a Sales Manager, bringing with her over 13 years' experience in real estate. However, after 15 months decided to return to the role she loves - helping people buy and sell property.

Having built a very successful business, Margo is known to be approachable, reliable and very professional. She is a long term local resident of Rangiora and knows the area very well.

She has recently completed the National Diploma in Real Estate and been admitted as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

Passionate about treating people well, and with honesty and integrity high on her list of credentials, Margo is keen to deliver the same level of service and results to existing and new clients.  Many of her clients have become personal friends.

Margo has a large network of contacts and a broad knowledge of the real estate industry, and as a result, her clients benefit from a strong ability to create opportunities and produce "Results with Integrity".

On a personal note, Margo has an adult son Michael who has a successful career in vehicle sales.   Thomas - her Bichon Frise dog is also part of the family.

Margo enjoys a wide circle of friends, tennis, walking and maintaining her formal garden.
