The Riverstone Motel is ideally located at the gateway to various local & regional attractions including the Waipara Valley - Canterbury's premier wine growing region and the charming alpine village and spa resort of Hanmer Springs. Within the Waimakariri district you will find a diverse range of activities, from horse treks to salmon fishing, golfing, jet boating, hiking, biking and beaches are nearby.

Our motel complex also has a modern purpose built 4 bedroom apartment (each bedroom has en-suite) to cater for small groups for short or long term stays. Two of our units have wheelchair access and a guest laundry and an in-room breakfast service are at your convenience. Being located at the south end of Rangiora we are easy accessible when traveling from SH1, SH71 and Inland Scenic Route SH72.
